Host Agreement
These terms apply when Display My Ads installs and operates a screen inside your business.
Equipment
The screen, media player and mounting hardware remain the property of Display My Ads. We install, maintain, service and remove the equipment at no cost to the host business.
Host responsibilities
The host provides a suitable location, electrical power and internet access, keeps the screen powered on during business hours, and does not modify or relocate the equipment.
Host promotion
Host businesses receive advertising time on their own screen at no charge.
Revenue share
Hosts earn an agreed share of advertising revenue generated on their screen, paid monthly for the prior period.
Advertiser controls
Hosts may specify advertiser categories that are not permitted on their screen. We will not knowingly place a blocked category.
Term and removal
Either party may end the arrangement with reasonable notice. Display My Ads will remove the equipment and repair any mounting points.
